Shipping Policy---USA

To improve your shopping experience, we prioritize shipping from the same warehouse whenever possible to minimize order splitting. Depending on inventory availability, your order may be shipped from the U.S. warehouse or from China. The specific rules are as follows:

I. Warehouse Shipping Principle

• If all items in your order are sufficiently stocked in the U.S. warehouse: The entire order will be shipped from the U.S. warehouse.

• If only some items are available in the U.S. warehouse: The entire order will be shipped from China to avoid splitting.

• In rare cases: Due to inventory distribution, orders shipped from the U.S. may still need to be split and sent from different warehouses. Thank you for your understanding.

• If you need your order urgently: Please contact us to request split shipment. Items available in the U.S. will be shipped from the U.S., and the remaining items will be shipped from China.

II. Delivery Time Reference

Shipment from the U.S.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

• Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery time does not include warehouse processing (usually 1–2 business days).

Shipment from China

• Standard delivery: 7–14 natural days (most orders will be delivered within 7–9 natural days)

• For orders over $69: Automatically upgraded to FedEx shipping, estimated delivery in 5–10 natural days

  If you encounter this situation, please contact our customer service team and provide your specific postal code. We will check whether your address is classified as a remote rural area, inform you of the applicable remote rural area surcharge, and assist you in modifying your order.
